Being highlighted for it’s high quality sushi and extensive Japanese menu. Akebono is focused in creating an environment where families can come in and enjoy quality food at a fair rate. Chef Yuta owner of the new restaurant and wants to have Akebono as a staple in the community. His journey from growing up Japan moving to Guam and building in Seattle has been nothing short of a novel.
